Comming in Fall 2010 there will be a new companion website for Jason Wrench, Candice Thomas-Maddox, Virginia P. Richmond, and James C. McCroskey's book Quantitative Research Methods for Communication: A Hands-On Approach. The website will contain great resources for both students and instructors using the book. Stand Up, Speak Out: The Practice and Ethics of Public Speaking
Jason Wrench, Janice Anderson, and Anne Godding are in the process of writing the first open access public speaking textbook on the market. Most public speaking textbooks cost over $100. With the publication of Stand Up, Speak Out: The Practice and Ethics of Public Speaking, teachers and students will finally have a peer-reviewed public speaking text that fits into the new world of Open Access.
